Mission Statement

To promote lifelong companionship among WSU ruggers, provide engaging opportunities for Alumni to connect with each other, the Program, and the University and support the principals and goals of WSURFC


To be the strongest and fastest growing rugby alumni association and collegiate men’s rugby club in the Pacific Northwest as well as a perennial national play off contender.

Members (voting privilege)

Any player, coach, or significant supporter of WSU Men’s rugby for at least one academic year.  In addition, Alumni must have paid minimum dues for the calendar year in which the vote is taking place.

Executive Committee:

On a bi-annual basis the voting members will elect a President, Vice-President, Treasurer, and Secretary for a term of two years. The executive committee will meet at least three times per year in person or via phone conference and will publish meeting notes for the membership at large.  The President and Treasurer of the active team will be ex-officio members of the Executive Committee and will not have voting privileges.


Dues paid in full grant Alumni voting status in the association but ultimately foster the growth and development of the Alumni Association and Washington State University Men’s Rugby Club.

USA Rugby Collegiate Code of Conduct:

“Student athletes and coaches who participate in collegiate rugby represent their colleges and are ambassadors of collegiate rugby in the United States. As such, collegiate rugby players and coaches are expected to behave with dignity both on and off the field, and should not tolerate or indulge in behavior which would reflect negatively on the college, USA Rugby, or the image of collegiate rugby. Any breach of this Code of Conduct will be forwarded to the appropriate disciplinary committee for action.”
